I don't have a business, but I do have a van for personal use - can you provide me with a quotation?
Yes we can provide a quotation for private individuals who own a van, your type of cover would be classed as 'Social, Domestic and Pleasure' (SDP).
My van is not used in connection with the business all of the time. Do I get cover for personal use?
Yes, the policy provides cover for the policyholder's business as well as social, domestic and pleasure use.
My van sometimes has a trailer attached. Can you provide me with cover for the trailer?
The policy would provide you with the minimum legal cover required when towing a trailer. Wider trailer cover is available, but not via the internet. Please contact us by telephone.
Occasionally I need to take my van abroad - can you cover me for this?
The policy provides you with the minimum legal cover required when motoring in EU member states plus Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Wider cover can be arranged for an additional premium.
Are there any age restrictions that apply to the policy?
Yes. We only provide quotations for drivers aged 17 to 74.
Can I get a quote for any size of van?
To be eligible for a quotation, your vehicle must be a small goods carrying vehicle with a gross weight of no more than 3.5 tonnes.
