A set of "no-nonsense" short films has been released by the Government, in a bid to help new and small businesses as the end of the tax year looms.
Presenter Dan Snow fronts the series of videos on tax and related matters from HM Revenue and Customs, which introduce topics such as the options for setting up a new business and paying income tax, VAT and corporation tax.
"We've broken the information down into small video chunks so that people can access exactly what they need to know," commented Dan Snow.
"Hopefully this makes the new videos really useful for people and businesses."
HMRC is also following three different new businesses as they find out "what it's like to go it alone". The first two episodes of The Start-up Diaries are available now, with the next instalment to come in April.
